Cela [pronounced Keh-la] is a Werecat with three forms: a female Human, a female domestic cat (brown tabby in coloring), and a bipedal felinoid, also brown tabby. She is able to change between them at will. Despite her true nature, she fits into Human society, and has a house of her own. Her job isn't clear, but whatever it is apparently gives her a lot of free time, for she is often around the center of the city in Cat form, keeping her place in the city's feline hierarchy, and begging food and affection from passersby.

Cela's Cat Form Description:

Cela is, apparently, an ordinary female domestic cat. Her short fur is glossy, dark brown with tabby markings in darker brown and black. Her eyes are yellow-green. She wears no collar, but does not look underfed and has no scars, so is likely not a stray.
